After a traumatic upbringing and years spent numbing my pain through substance abuse and working in the adult industry, I found myself lost, disconnected from my worth, my body, and my spirit. It wasn’t until an intense spiritual awakening in 2017 that the path toward true healing began.  Traditional talk therapy has been an important and supportive part of my journey. Along the way, I also discovered that complementary modalities and embodied practices helped me process trauma more gently, integrate awakening experiences, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence within myself. From this exploration, A Journey Within emerged, a guided meditation–based practice rooted in embodiment, energetic integration, and conscious intention. This work also deeply focuses on inner child healing and cultivating a grounded connection with Mother Earth.  My guided meditations are deep journeys within, designed to help individuals slow down and connect safely with themselves. Each session creates space to meet and become aware of different inner parts, sensations, or energies that are ready to be seen and gently worked with. This work can stand on its own and also complement therapeutic care for those in therapy.  A central part of this work focuses on reconnecting with the inner child.  Many of the emotional patterns we carry into adulthood were formed during moments when our younger selves lacked the safety, support, or understanding needed to fully process an experience. Rather than disappearing, these emotions and energies often remain within the body and subconscious.  Through guided meditation and embodied awareness, I support individuals in gently reconnecting with the inner child aspects of themselves that are ready to be seen and acknowledged. This process helps people learn how to show up for their younger selves with compassion, creating space to begin processing experiences that could not be fully felt at the time.  As awareness grows, light is brought to the shadow. This allows new understanding, integration, and healthier beliefs to emerge.  I am a mother to a beautiful little boy, and my background in nursing has deepened my respect for the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of healing. Alongside plant medicine integration and forgiveness work, I offer supportive containers where individuals can reconnect with themselves and begin meaningful inner healing.  I believe that suffering, as painful as it is, can become a sacred teacher. My abusers, my addictions, and my darkest moments became catalysts for liberation, alignment, and radical self-forgiveness. In many spiritual communities, we are told we must "let go" or "just forgive" ... but rarely are we shown how. I share the real, grounded processes that helped me: methods learned from various teachers, traditions, and from the depths of my own lived experience.  It is my deepest calling to sit with others in their heavy emotions, to honor the grief, the rage, the shame, and to witness the light of awareness begin to grow. In my experience, healing is not about bypassing the darkness but about transmuting it or learning how to sit with it.  A Journey Within is my offering to those who are ready for liberation, to meet themselves fully, to reclaim the parts of themselves that were once hidden or wounded, and to step into a deeper sense of truth, power, and freedom.  I pray that these offerings reach the hearts that need them most.  You are not alone. You are not broken. You are everything. Sometimes we simply need to peel back the layers to rediscover the beauty and divine being that has always been within.
